Returns & Exchanges
Something’s not quite right?
Returns will be issued for credit, exchange, or refund, for items that are received in brand new, un-used condition and must be returned within 15 days of receiving. You are responsible for return shipping cost. If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d love to help.
If the item is marked as final sale, sadly we cannot accept a return.
Returns and Exchange Instructions:
(1) E-mail us your full name, order number, what you are returning/exchanging to email@example.com
(2) Place a copy of your order slip inside the return package and mail to address below:

- Packages must be postmarked within 15 days of the received shipping date and should be prepaid.
- All returns should be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. - We are not responsible if your package is lost or destroyed.
- You may expect return services to be completed within three to seven days after we receive the returned merchandise.
